2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 992, Weissach package
380km from new, and every flaw on the list comes from standing still
Overview
Compiled by Kept from the seller's intake answers, the documents supplied and published records for the model. The seller does not write or edit this section, and nobody from Kept has inspected the car.
This 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 RS is finished in white with the Weissach package and is offered from Waterkloof by , its original owner. It carries the 4.0 litre naturally aspirated flat six and the seven speed PDK, and shows 380km from new. The build sheet listing the Weissach package and every option as ordered is published with the lot.
The unusual thing about this listing is the flaws list, because every entry on it is caused by the car not being used. The tyres are the delivery set and have stood in one spot for long periods, so a buyer should assume flat spotting until they are warmed. The fuel is from March. The brake discs carry light surface corrosion at their outer edges. The battery has lived on a conditioner since handover, and that conditioner comes with the car.
It has never been tracked, never been driven in rain, and in the seller's own words never run to temperature on a long drive. That is the honest description of a car with 380km on it, and the seller has published it rather than letting delivery mileage do the arguing. The protective film went on before the car had covered any distance and has not been lifted, so nobody has seen the paint under it since.
Every question put at intake was answered and nothing was declined. The PIWIS readout from the August pre-sale inspection is published in full, including the overrev counters, which read zero in every range. On a car that has been driven this little, the record of what has not happened to it is the whole document set.
Model background
The 992 GT3 RS is the point at which Porsche stopped pretending its road car was not a race car. A naturally aspirated 4.0 litre flat six revving to 9,000rpm, a swan neck rear wing taller than the roof, a drag reduction system on a road going 911, and radiators moved into the nose in a single central layout borrowed from the 911 RSR so the flanks could be given over to aerodynamics.
The Weissach package is the one collectors specify: carbon fibre roll cage, magnesium wheels, carbon shift paddles and the carbon roof and anti roll bars. It takes weight out of a car that had very little left to lose and it is the specification the market asks for first when these come up.
Almost every one of them is sold with delivery mileage, which produces a market where the cars are valued on how little they have been used and then depreciated for exactly the same reason, because standing is its own kind of wear. Tyres flat spot, fuel ages, discs corrode at the edges and seals dry. None of that is damage. All of it is a bill somebody eventually pays, and it is worth reading a listing like this one for what has not been done to the car as much as for what has.

Seller interview
Before the car went live, the seller answered a standard set of questions plus a set our tools generated for this model from its documented failure modes. The full transcript is public, including anything they declined.
10 of 10 answered. A high score means the seller told you more, not that the car is better.
Inferred from the seller's answers and this model's known failure points. Nobody from Kept has inspected this car.
Known flaws
The seller's own list of what this car needs money spent on.
- 01Tyres are the delivery set and have stood on the same spot for long periods, so flat spotting should be assumed until they are warmed
- 02Fuel in the tank is from March 2025 and has not been drained
- 03Brake discs show light surface corrosion at the outer edge from standing, normal and photographed
- 04Battery has lived on a conditioner since delivery and the conditioner is included
- 05Never tracked, never driven in rain, and never run to temperature on a long drive in this ownership
- 06Protective film on the nose, arches and sills was fitted before delivery mileage and has not been lifted or inspected underneath

Note from the seller
The seller's own words, published as written. The only copy on this page they control.
I ordered this in 2024 and took delivery in March. I have driven it perhaps six times, all of them short, all of them in the dry, and none of them long enough to get real heat into it. I am selling because a family situation changed and it has been sitting in a garage being looked at rather than used.
What I would want to know as the buyer: the tyres are the delivery set and they have been standing, the fuel is from March, the discs have surface corrosion at the edges, and the film went on before the car had turned a wheel so nobody has seen the paint underneath since. None of that is a fault in the normal sense and all of it is what six months of standing does.
I answered every question they asked me. There was nothing I could not answer, because almost nothing has happened to this car. The PIWIS readout is in the documents and the overrev counters are all zero, which on a nine thousand rpm engine is worth publishing rather than describing.
Comments & offers
6 comments · 2 offersNothing to attack here. He has told you the fuel is six months old and the discs have edge rust on a ten million rand car, which is the opposite of how these are normally sold. Reserve met, correctly.
Budget a set of tyres on day one regardless of tread. Six months on one spot in a Pretoria garage and they will thump until they are hot, and on a car at this money nobody wants to be diagnosing that on the way home.
Correct, and I am not going to lift it to find out. It was fitted by the Porsche Centre at handover, the invoice is in the documents, and the car had 120km on it at the time. A buyer who wants it off can take it off and they will be the first person to look.
The film question is the only real one. Fitted before delivery mileage, never lifted, so the paint under it has not been seen since the factory. That is almost certainly fine and it is still an unknown, and he has listed it as one.
A flaws list where every line is caused by not driving it is a genuinely novel thing to read. Most sellers in this position write the word pristine six times and leave it there.
Overrev counters published on a delivery mileage RS. It should read zero and it does, and that is still the right document to put on the page rather than expect people to take 380km on faith.
